SOLVAREX PLATFORM

Marketing Automation and Sales Workflows

Turn repetitive follow-up into defined workflows. Solvarex marketing and sales automation can start from events such as a form submission or a deal-stage change, then apply actions, conditions, waits and assignments around your customer journey.

CAPABILITIES WITH PURPOSE

Each capability solves part of the challenge.

Connect each action to the next, from the first inquiry to ongoing follow-up.

01

A clear starting event

Start from an inquiry, status change or appointment event. A defined entry condition keeps enrollment relevant and makes the workflow easier to understand and review.

02

Conditions and timing, not blind sequences

Use branches and wait steps around dates, replies or conditions. The next action can reflect the customer’s response instead of continuing an outdated sequence.

03

Tasks and CRM updates together

Assign owners, create tasks and update fields or stages in a configured workflow. Relevant information reaches the person responsible for the next action.

04

Test before launch, review after

Separate drafts from published workflows and test sample cases and exceptions. Execution review and saved versions help maintain the logic as your business changes.

FROM PROBLEM TO APPLICATION

A new inquiry becomes an organized follow-up

A form submission is classified by service and routed to an owner. A booking changes the next action, while an unanswered inquiry enters a defined follow-up path.

YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT

Marketing Automation Workflows

Workflows need testing and monitoring. External messages and integrations depend on account permissions and usage limits.

Book a demo
How does automation differ from an email campaign?

A campaign sends content to a defined audience. A workflow responds to events or conditions and can combine messages, tasks and record updates. An email may be one step in that wider process.

Can follow-up stop when someone replies?

We configure waits, exits and branches around replies and status. Testing covers responses, bookings and loss of interest so inappropriate follow-up does not continue.

Does editing a draft change the live workflow?

Saving a draft and publishing are different actions. Review and test the change before publishing, using available version history when a previous configuration is needed.

Can workflows connect external systems?

Available integrations, APIs or webhooks may be used where the other system supports them. We verify permissions, field mappings, error handling and usage limits before confirming a custom connection.

Who designs and maintains the workflows?

Your team can manage the tools after training, or commission Solvarex to design and implement automations. Scope defines use cases, content approval and responsibility for monitoring exceptions.
